It made mine go to spam, but why?
They asked me to use ssl option and port as 465 and its not working. Zoho and wordpress support are unable to help me do set up and really harassing me in the process. Plz can u help me set up. Why did u not use ssl option while that is what is mentioned in the zoho document or shall i also use the TLS option that u used with 487 as port? What is the difference. Why zoho doesnot have an answer. Plz suggest I'm in india. AWAITING REPLY. They ask for spf records from wordpress to make zoho mail work. WordPress is not giving spf records and say that its not required. Zoho spf is configured already. But My time is getting wasted. Plz help solve this. If u can. Plz read full msg. Thanks.
Thank you for this video. I'd like to add that I couldn't get the email to work via HostGator and had to use my Office 365 email IMAP account details instead. Works like a charm now.

Adam hello, your videos are really good, thank you. I did exactly what you said and it worked. After about a month i got a message saying 'SMTP Error: Could not authenticate' . I did change the email password but i do not know if it was before or after the message. Anyway, i watched your video again, entered the new password but the emails go to the spam box. Do you have any idea how to fix it?
