  • true not related with cardio all you have to do is work on less calories per day

  • That Dane…I feel faint.

  • Dude, you're JACKED!! I really loved the philosophy behind you're workout routine, do it hard and clean! you should make an in depth video on your routine and diet. anyways, great video guys!

  • Super useful!! LEGEND!

  • Hi Dane and Stacey, Great video. We're travelers also and find it hard to exercise whilst traveling. Do you guys have a step by step post on both your routines and foods? 🏋

  • Do you ever do intermittent fasting?

  • Omg I was working out here as well haha!

  • Hey guys random question. I've watched this video before from you guys but was reading a bit about gym, lifestyle and diet in your book and it linked here. What sort of food did you guys try to eat regularly in Vietnam? Currently in Aus we are most of our carbs by midday and then just protein and veggies by the evening but wondering how to keep up the decent diet once we move to Vietnam. Sorry for the long question but we've been working hard to drop weight and build muscle the last 6 months and don't want it all to go to shit once we get over there.

  • <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 [no wonder you both are super fit]

  • Maybe you can offer gym training exercises to locals and tourists to make more money and provide inspiration to those who need to get a few pounds off from all the good food they indulge in.

  • That pump though! So you're both good looking, manage to work and travel and have a good YT channel. I am so jealous now!

  • Awesome Staneger! Thanks for vloggin this, it could be your most popular episode yet! Great to see they have a dedicated deadlift area. I'm looking forward to checking out this gym next week 😀 😀

  • Kiaora guys, great work once again. Glad to hear your program big fella. Good to see your putting in the hard yards. I was just thinking how flabby your looking! :-). Haha, cheers guys, thanks.

  • Keeping the motivation to work out whilst travelling is sooooo hard so thought this was really helpful & inspiring to just get involved and get down the gym!! Thanks guys!

  • FAAAARRRRRR out my friends are babes – love your work team.Ya'll have fiyaaaaa rigs <3 <3 <3

  • Very inspiring – I'm going next to the gym next time ! 👍😎🇬🇧

  • It's nice to hear how you keep yourself swole, most of the travellers I see don't incorporate fitness into their time, i'm glad to see your keeping it up!

  • Great video, guys! The workout tips were extremely useful especially for folks who are traveling and who want to stay in shape. As usual, tons of good info. 🙂

  • Great vlog once again! 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻

  • Yet another informative and useful video. From travel advice to gym routines, in there anything you guys can't do?! 😉 Glad your both still loving life and Vietnam is going well. Look forward to the next video.

  • I laughed when you were putting the food in the fridge. LOL
